I live in South Florida, and have been in the Paranormal field for about 5 years.
In the beginning of that time frame, I investigated on my own, and started to educate myself by networking with people of like interests, and attending workshops and seminars. But 99% of my experience came from being in the trenches of Investigation. You will not really learn much until you actually DO IT...
For the majority of that time, I was with a Paranormal Team as Investigator, and Director of Operations.
I worked with a great group of guys, but as time went on found myself wanting to delve into other areas of Scientific Study of the Paranormal, and had my own ideas of what I wanted to do in the field, as opposed to what the norm is in the field now.
During my time in the field, I have met many wonderful and knowledgeable people, whom are very close to me.
One Nancy "Wiccan" Vixen Planeta, whom is a very dear and close friend of mine. Nancy is a very knowledgeable, and "In Your Face" type of person. She has been hosting a radio show for some time now, and it continues to air on the internet from her Vixen's Vault website on Thursday evenings every week.
I have a few other very close friends in the field, but until I get their permission to post their names and websites here on my Blog, I will just say, I hold them dear and close to me as well.
These friends have been instrumental in helping to educate me properly in the field. I must also say, I am not claiming to be an expert in this field, NOBODY IS, actually I will correct myself, THERE ARE some experts, though they do not get the recognition they deserve, I will mention their names later in a later Blog.
My point is, I have not even been in the field a small fraction of what allot of these people have, and those people will tell you that THEY are still learning. This field has many turns and twists, and critics shaking their fists at our findings. If you decide you want to be in the Paranormal field, be prepared for criticism and scrutiny from other religions, and non religious organizations
It is with this, that I leave you with a recent short video clip I made to thank some friends of mine for asking me to join them in a fun investigation in South Florida. I am not in the video, I am the one holding the camera. The chef always eats last :) Enjoy.
